Michelle Strange MSDH, RDH

Michelle has been a clinician in dentistry since 2000 and is currently a practicing hygienist, speaker, writer, content developer, consultant, and podcast co-host “Level Up Infection Prevention Podcast”.

She is a self-proclaimed dental nerd and sees the dental profession as not only her forever career path but her hobby. With a Master's in Dental Hygiene education, Certificate in Dental Infection Control and Prevention, and a belief in lifelong learning, Michelle hopes to continue to learn and grow within the dental profession and one day sees the gap bridged between medical and dental.

Her experience as a hygienist began in a periodontal and implant-driven office while gaining considerable experience with the maintenance of dental implants and compromised dentition.
Her passion is helping patients be successful at-home with a goal to improve patients' oral health through a patient-centered approach while creating safe dental appointments for patients and clinicians.

Michelle believes in safe dental visits for every patient. She has always had the propensity to create systems and workflow so the entire office could unconsciously create safe appointments.

She is excited to share her love for infection prevention.
Michelle has also served in her community and on global mission trips. She believes deeply in sustainable, charitable dentistry and serves to bridge the gap in access to care.
Michelle Strange is proud to have received her CDIPC certification. The CDIPC certification was developed by the Dental Assisting National Board (DANB) in collaboration with the Organization for Safety, Asepsis and Prevention (OSAP).
Our Mission
Our mission is to create infection prevention champions by elevating the role of the infection control coordinator. We recognize that providing resources to this role allows individuals to become leaders and contributing members to the dental practice making safer dental visits.
